The Dartmouth Group

The Dartmouth Group is a fabulous condo management association. Our people, Ken, Riley, Chris Morgan, and so many others are so attentive and professional and caring. You couldn’t ask for a better condo management team, in my opinion. we’ve been living in The Ledges for 14 years and they are always tremendously responsive, which is great.

I have been a Board member for our condo association for 9 years. During this entire time we have worked with The Dartmouth Group and Gina DeFrancesco has been our property manager. Gina is wonderful to work with. She is a true business partner in that she understands our community and works hard to support us with our priorities and initiatives. The Dartmouth Group and Gina also do a great job in providing the financial advice necessary in managing a condo association. We are very happy to be working with Gina and The Dartmouth Group.

The Dartmouth Group is horrible at managing condominium complexes. I live at Hingham Woods and the manager on duty does not like dealing with people or their issues. She favors certain owners over others. She will not take any complaints or legal issues seriously. The whole company is useless. Do not let this company manage your condominium. They have no backbone and act like they own the units themselves. Bad company all around.

The Dartmouth Group is by far the worst property management company I have ever had to deal with. Aside from taking our money, I have never seen any improvements to our building or have never seen the Dartmouth group do anything. Residents in our building have consistently expressed concerns that phone calls, emails and maintenance requests are being ignored and when asked our property manager became very defensive on the call. It feels like he knows they do absolutely nothing for us, but only pretends to care on the call and then goes back to ignoring and avoiding us. In short, residents of our building are now organizing and attempting to compel our board to find another management company. I honestly have no idea what we pay them for and what services they provide, stay away!!

The Dartmouth Group has been our management group at Villages of Quail Run for the past 9 years. 7 of those years I have served on the Board of Governors for VQR. I can say with total honesty and pride that Dartmouth has served us very well and in particular, Gina DeFrancesco. Gina responds immediately to any of our needs, and is an amazing manager. As the President of the VQR Board of Governors, I am in continuous contact with Gina. She always is most professional in all our interactions whether it's giving advice on handling a specific situation, or recommending a vendor. Condo fees up 40% because of their vendors that they insist on using. They are almost never accountable They will ignore you if you complain. They have their favorites Some of it’s the condo Board majority is The Dartmouth Group. They do have a few people in the office that have some sense of empathy and response to your problem. They’re the ones who should be put in management. Someone should come in and clean house on the management team in The Dartmouth Group. Useless

The Villages at Marlborough East, and myself, James Johnson, President, have worked with Gina DeFrancesco and The Dartmouth Group for the past 5 years. As President, I work on a daily basis with Gina in managing our property and dealing with all sorts of issues that arise, from general maintenance to emergencies to resident matters. Gina always provides whatever resources or answers that VME requires, whether that is from her own working knowledge and experiences, contracting work or legal advice. Also, The Dartmouth Group has an excellent attorney, Scott Perkins, with whom Gina and I work on any number of legal subjects that come up throughout the year. We trust Scott to provide VME the best legal services that we may require. Another feature that the Dartmouth Group provides is their Client Services Department. Our residents can go directly to Client Services with any problem that comes up and be directed from there. This is also a great help to myself and Gina, as anything can come up at any time. In closing, I want to say and stress that Gina DeFrancesco is a tenacious property manager who deeply cares about VME and that it is managed correctly. Gina works tirelessly with me and for our board to provide the absolute best quality of work for our complex. It is always a true pleasure to work with Gina. We are always on the same page in our quest to make VME the best that it can be. Gina is always there for me and VME, and I can't ask for anything more, because Gina is also the best. Thank you.
